Just steps away from your own personal campsite is the stunning Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis pool. The WOA pool has won awards for its beauty and is featured often in many prominent landscape architecture magazines.

The RV is equipped with everything you need for your stay including a full-sized refrigerator in your adorable kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, full range/microwave and toaster.

The RV’s spacious main cabin has a dinette that doubles as a bed and a pocket-door that maintains the privacy of the master bedroom cabin.

Cozy and comfortable, these full-sized bunk beds can sleep 2-4 people. The dinette can also be converted into a sleeping space.

The perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and a cup of our complimentary coffee.

Full bathroom with walk-in shower comes stocked with towels, toilet paper, and toiletries.

This permanent RV campsite is PERFECT for families and friends visiting the area, including the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Boat Shows or any of the many fabulous Annapolis events in town.

The RV comes with an outdoor kitchen equipped with a burner stove and a “drink” fridge. There is also a small grill for use at your campsite.

By day, enjoy the grandeur of the Oasis pool. By night, sit by the cozy outdoor firplace and have a movie night or sip champagne.

Our favorite place-the outdoor fireplace. It’s the perfect place to spend your evening after playing in the pool all day or doing that walking tour of Annapolis. Come enjoy a traditional Maryland cocktail with us by the fire, made for you by Capt. Andy.
